Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to book an appointment. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment time, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card or removed from your gift card if a 24-hour notice is not given. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of services scheduled.

Return Policy

Products purchased at Salon Ami are returnable within 30 days. Store credit will be given for all returns.

Policy for Groups and Bridal Parties

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book groups of 4 or more guests. We require a 7-day notice for cancellation or change of appointments. Any changes after 7 days will be charged 50% of services scheduled. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of services scheduled.
